I started my journey here as an associate teacher and have been given many developmental opportunities which have led to my current post as an Assistant Head Teacher. The MAT has enabled me to develop as both a teacher and a leader and has given me a level of experience and drive which I am incredibly grateful for. It has been and continues to be a pleasure to work within the MAT.
I began my journey at Lyng Hall as an Associate Teacher, I then did a year as an Unqualified English teacher and I am now about to start my training in September. The staff are so supportive and love to see each other progress.
