I arrived at Finham Primary in January 2018 on a temporary supply basis. Working here day in, day out, I was won over by the brilliant children and staff. The opportunities that I have been offered here for career progression are amazing – from September 2019, I will be leading Literacy across the school. Something that I had not even imagined possible only a year and a half ago.  This is a place that helps you to believe in yourself again, your strengths are recognised and nurtured – something that I will always be grateful for.
